Jason and Jose were able to help me in no time, very friendly and service was great. Was a simple repair, but something they probably could have charged me for. Instead they went out, and 5/10 minutes later came back, and the window was fixed and back on it's track and they let me go as just a courtesy. Great staff, will definitely be back if I have issues going forward.

From start to finish the customer service at Gerber was top notch, "10 out of 10". The day the work was done, I brought my rental car back 5 minutes late, but they still processed the return of my vehicle to me. Although the shop had just closed, Gary W. facilitated me getting my car & general manager Jason C. did the paper work for me. Also, the work is perfect on our car! Thank you so much!!!

The total coordination of getting our repair done was really great. It took just 3 days, after an estimate of 4. When we got the car, it looked like new. Car was spotless outside and inside. No problems with drop-off or pick-up. Really impressed by the service!

I brought my car in today on a "walk-in" basis to see if Gerber Evanston shop could remove a number of scuff marks on my front bumper. Dana, Rachel and Calvin were incredibly helpful and efficient. Within 15 minutes the scuff marks had been buffed out and the car looked as good as new. Great service! Thanks.

The Gerber Team was great to work with in all respects. I recently moved to Chicago and was a little apprehensive using a body shop that I didn't know. USAA recommended Gerber and after going through the full repair process, I can see why they have Gerber at the top of their list. Everyone I dealt with there was very professional and it was clear that they cared about the experience I had with their company. That's all too rare these days, so I applaud the Gerber organization for instilling this high level of pride in their work. I would recommend Gerber highly to anyone with a need for auto body work.
