Laura (receptionist) and Tony C. made my worse nightmare feel pleasant. They both have excellent people skills and made by experience a little less hectic. They both keep me informed and help beyond my expectations. I pickup my truck today and she is perfect.... I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs body or glass service. I had an outstanding experience with the people at this auto body repair center. I had read reviews before stopping in for my estimate, and from the friendly and efficient service on my initial visit, I decided to not look any further. I am so glad I did! The scratch repair on the driver's side door was finished the same day I took it in, three days ahead of schedule! It looks as good as new, and the cost was also very reasonable. I could not have been more pleased, and I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat.

Excellent service, waited less than 15min for a estimate. I made the appointment to get it fix. Came in dropped it off they had a rental car ready for me. They called to let me know they had started it and call when it was done. When I came to pick it up they walked it with me and I was out the door in less than 10 min. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Customer service was phenomenal. Dropped me off after I left my car and also delivered my car to me when it was finished because I live so close. Bob and Jennifer are always accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. My car was back a day early and looks outstanding! The only reason it is not 5 stars is because they did not vacuum the back cargo area of my car, even though I specifically asked them to. But again, very very minor issue, especially since they are not a car wash. Love this store and love the staff. Will be back...but hopefully not too soon! :-)

I have taken my cars to Gerber a few times and always had great service. I just took my SUV there yesterday because of a rattle in one of the rear doors. Tim knew exactly what to do - pulled it into the shop and fixed it immediately! Great service!
