The Gerber Collision on Huron was recommended to us by our insurance and it's close to our home. Guys did a good job in the time they have promised. Very pleased, b/c they also covered extra work on the bumper- more than few marks from the street parking. During the time my car was in the shop, they informed me of the progress by text messages. Happy to recommend this shop and my wife is planning to use them for glass work. I also think their prices are very competitive for someone's "out of pocket" expense.

Estimator was courteous & took time to explain everything. Work completed to my satisfaction. Repair took one day more than originally estimated but they were happy to cover my rental until the work was completed.

He also made us feel welcome as he remembered our last experience with him at Gerber Collision and Glass. Also, as we were leaving, another Gerber employee, Ben P., put the finishing touch on our experience as he offered to polish the rear bumper of our car. We just wanted you to know of the wonderful experience we have had, now twice with Gerber Collision and Glass.

Just had the best experience one can have after needing bodywork done on my car. Jason and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and my car looked great. Received my car back much earlier than expected which was a nice treat. The inside was cleaner than after going to a high end car wash. It looked as if it had been detailed! Great service, even better communication and genuinely nice people made this experience above and beyond. Gerber is very lucky to have Jason as the new manager of this location. I won't ever go anywhere else if I need repairs ( hoping I don't need to see you though) and will tell everyone I know that this is where they need their collision repairs done. Thank you for making my almost 10 year old car look like new again. Outstanding on all fronts!
