I can't say enough words about how kind, considerate and helpful ALL the staff were at this location. I had Jason C. help me, Ryan Perry, and a few others. They explained everything to me, went over everything about the car that was going to be done. If things weren't fixed right after I drove it I was to bring it back, in which I did and they took care of the problem. I wish all places of business were this easy to work with. They all should be commended for their professionalism and dedication to their jobs.

Customer service I thought was a lost art. I haven't experienced this kind of customer care in a very long time (like the old marshal fields where the customer meant something) I couldn't believe the updates as my car was being worked on from the moment I walked in they treated me as someone special, great feeling. I don't wish to have you service me again because I hope I never have an accident again (LOL) but if I do I would be back in a heartbeat. I will tell all my friends and family on a remarkable company you are and I hope that you can witness how special the personal you have working there. Truly an enjoyable experience on a time where you are in dire need of hopefulness that your personel car will come back to you looking like it was. Everything was great! Customer service was excellent! The rental car was hassle free. I really appreciated the gerber special. The car looks fantastic! It looked clean inside and out.
