Excellent customer service and communication from the repair staff. Smooth process getting car in and paperwork done and quickly set up with rental service. The manager Rick was awesome and quickly solved an issue that came up with my vehicle but got it rectified swiftly and even filled my tank for the inconvenience. Great staff and repair shop overall. Excellent experience from the start of estimating (Chris F.) to arranging my rental to getting it fixed a day earlier than estimated. The service and quality was so good I had another repair not due to this accident done at this location. I will definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

I was amazed at the great job you did on buffing out scratches that I was sure would require repainting. It speaks to your honesty that you recommended trying the buffing instead of immediately jumping to an expensive re-paint job. Will definitely use Gerber for any future collision or glass work. The service I received from Rafael G. was excellent. Him and his team fixed my right side mirror in a timely fashion and he was able to find the part to repair my center piece for the inside of my car. He also was able to un-fog my front headlights and was able to give me a good estimate on my driver side car door that need to be fix in the near future. I was very satisfied with his service and the service overall with this Matteson location. I am looking forward to coming back in the future if my car need any body work done. Once again thank you for your great service.

Everything first class. Came in without appointment and got estimate within 10 minutes. Estimator Dina E. friendly and efficient. Gerber was able to take car immediately and promise repairs to dented door within 48 hours (Friday afternoon). Car was ready late Thursday, a day early. Excellent work - can't tell where the damage was. Also, liked the one cup coffee maker in the waiting room.

Dave was fantastic... He helped me get my settlement, ordered my mirror and had it installed while I waited. The girls up front were fantastic too. Everything was seamless. Great people to work with.. I will highly recommend.
