I had a terrific experience at the Gerber Collision & Glass on Halsted Street in Chicago. My car was sideswiped while parked. There was body and paint damage, and the side mirror was broken off. I dropped my car off and had it back looking like brand new within 5 days. The staff, especially Josh and Madison, made it extremely easy and painless, even willing to wait after closing when I was running late for my pick up.

They kept me up to date via text message updates as well as phone calls on the status of my vehicle. Handled everything extremely professionally and promptly. And I couldn't be happier with the work on my vehicle, looks better than new. I will continue to recommend them to friends, family, and co-workers in the Chicagoland area. He was willing to accommodate a complicated travel schedule, and he kept us informed as the repairs proceeded. The car was ready when I went to pick it up at the agreed upon date. Received wonderful service while having my car repaired at Gerber collision, the whole staff was very polite and professional, but I spent most of my time working with Lusi Caballero who went above and beyond with keeping me informed with what was going on with my vehicle to taken extra measures to see that my vehicle was in perfect running order before I picked it up, along with answering all my questions. Gerber Collision and Luis Caballero made the whole experience alot easier after being in a accident. I would highly recommend this company.
