I gave gerber 5 stars from the day when I brought my car. Especially Dulce explained in detail my estimate and how they sped up the process on getting my car repaired during the holidays. Kudos to the people that stayed late and did an excellent job + for going above and beyond. It is greatly appreciated. They deserve a lunch. P.S. more coffee flavors too.

I would recomend this location to everyone! They went way beyond what was exspected. They kept me informed on the progress of my suv as it was being fixed. They did a beautiful job and my suv came back cleaner then when I brought it in. Wonderful people to work with.

5 out of 5 stars! If I could add extra stars I would. Doug R made my Christmas this year! Things have been really rough lately and his personal care and involvement in his store tops any customer service that I have encountered in a long time. My car was ready way ahead of schedule and received updates by phone personally about my car even before the automated texts. Lol in the end i would like to thank the whole crew that worked so well together and did an outstanding job on my vehicle it looks wonderful!!! Merry Christmas !

I must admit my initial opinion for the repairs would not have been positive but many THANKS to Jesse D. who took notice of my dissatisfaction and frustration. He took ownership for my repair job even though it wasn't originally his repair to oversee. Thanks to Jesse's thorough evaluation of my repairs and his patience with me as I wasn't the easiest customer to satisfy. Jesse demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and for that reason alone I would recommend this repairs shop. Oh the Lifetime Guarantee is also a definite plus.
