The personal touch you get from waking in the door and being greeted by name from Gina who seems to have an amazing memory and vast knowledge about all that goes on at Gerber. All the individuals I came in contact with were professional and pleasant, described all work in detail and helpful with making decisions. Totally recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

Less than 5 days from initial inspection/estimate until I picked up my car. It looks like new! Tom S. walked me through the inspection, reason for photos, unseen damage possibility and projected time frame. Jessica kept me in the loop during the entire process with timely updates and pick up times. They even got the grease spot out of my passenger side seat ( I was driving so that's not on me! :) )They also, unbeknownst to me, fixed the handle on my lift gate which was apparently missing a clip (or clips). I was pleasantly surprised. In total, the entire experience could not have been any easier, well coordinated or executed. And I know if any problem should occur, that it will be taken care of. I was blown away with your service and would definitely recommend you to anyone!
