Had a wonderful experience here. Absolutely love how my car came back looking brand new after an auto accident. Everyone there was great about keeping me updated about what was going on with my car. Gary W. is terrific. We have had our cars repaired at Gerber many times, and he is always friendly and courteous. He really takes great care of us.We also want to express our appreciation for our porter, Ray, who picked us up and dropped us off at home while our car was being repaired this week. He is very prompt, and also very courteous and friendly. All the people who work at this location are great! We recommend you to everyone we know and it is a pleasure doing business with this service location.

We received phone calls on the status of our car so we were aware of the progress and how things were coming along. Jason and the entire staff were great to work with. They offered me a free rental car since my insurance did not cover it. They also finished my car in about 2 days when they quoted me at least 6 and the repairs looked fantastic. They were easy to speak with and were very understanding when a situation arose where I was not able to pick up the car right away. Overall, I had a great experience and would bring my car back here any time.
