I was involved in an accident on 1/14/15. Gerber was a Select Service provider for Statefarm Insurance. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate me. To assure I was back in my car as soon as possible, the bumper was ordered the same day I came in. My car was finished by the next day. My hectic schedule would not allow me to get to the shop before closing. Luis C., the estimator, stayed two hours after closing time so that I could pick up my vehicle. Gerber staff helped to make my situation as smooth and stress free as possible. I highly recommend their service.

My daughter was involved with a Farmer's insured 12/22/14. Since the Farmer's insured was at fault, I went through them for the repairs and was given some names of repair places near my home. I chose Gerber Collision in Palatine. The staff , Judy & Joe whom I had the most contact with, were first class!! They made the experience a one stop fix! I always knew the status of the work they were doing by texts, which was nice to see. I felt very welcomed when I spoke to them over the phone or in person. Thanks Palatine Gerber for a great customer service experience during not such a fun time.
