Came to Gerber because they fixed my car through an insurance claim and did a great job. This time someone scratched my car in parking lot. Jason my estimator just had Thomas a gentleman that worked in the back buff the scratch and touched it up because i was not prepared to pay $1000. They always take good care of me when i go there. I will always come back and refer my friends.

Everyone was FANTASTIC!! Jim W. was especially helpful because he took the time to answer questions I had about the entire process and gave me advise on whether or not I should handle the claim thru my own insurance company or thru the company of the person that hit me. I had gone into Gerber feeling very unsure and uneasy about everything and thanks to Jim, I left feeling much more confident about the process and that I was doing the right thing by going thru my own insurance company. He was a tremendous help and really put my mind at ease. I couldn't have been happier when the repairs were made and I went to pick my car up. Service prompt. However when I initially took the appointment I was told my car would be returned the same day. The day of the appointment I was told my car would not be returned for a week.

This is a great place to take your vehicle, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Mike C. went above and beyond to explain everything to me and kept me up to date on what was happening to my car. He worked closely with my Insurance company. I have recommended this place to several of my friends. My husband also had his car fixed these also. I was so pleased that after I picked up my on Tuesday, that the next day before Christmas I decided to take doughnuts for the staff as my appreciation for a job well done. Everyone in that facility was friendly and surprised I brought doughnuts. If I ever need his services again I know where to go! Thank You, Mike and Staff.

the employees where very professional in explaining in detail what was going to be done and when finished explained what was done along with reviewing the truck with me. They also keep in touch to advise me of the progress of the repairs. I would recommend this shop to anyone for there repair needs

I gave gerber 5 stars from the day when I brought my car. Especially Dulce explained in detail my estimate and how they sped up the process on getting my car repaired during the holidays. Kudos to the people that stayed late and did an excellent job + for going above and beyond. It is greatly appreciated. They deserve a lunch. P.S. more coffee flavors too.

I would recomend this location to everyone! They went way beyond what was exspected. They kept me informed on the progress of my suv as it was being fixed. They did a beautiful job and my suv came back cleaner then when I brought it in. Wonderful people to work with.
