I could not be more pleased with my service. After a car hit me, I had extensive damage on both sides of my car- needed two doors replaced and an entire repainting. My Gerber point of contact communicated with me the entire time and talked me through all aspects of the repair. I just received my car back and it looks fantastic!

Luis Q. was such a great help and went above & beyond the customer service I expected. I got to Gerber right before closing and he made sure to stay later to get the work done to my car that was needed. I really appreciated his help and I will be sure to go back to Gerber for any car services in the future.

I was dealing with an out of state insurance co and did not know if they would pay. Carrie and Joe were very helpful because I did not know if I would have to go through my insurance at the last minute. They were more than willing to get that done if need be. Also the work was done in the time frame they gave us.

Service was awesome. General Manager William G. went above and beyond. The condition of my car when I got it back was awesome. Not only was it super cleaned to the point it looked like it was detailed, but they also took the time to re attach a piece of the side door lining that was not part of the original area. Granted it probably only took a little bit of glue, but it's very considerate for them to address the issue. Another plus is my car was done a lot sooner then they originally anticipated. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Chris (estimator) was professional, friendly and quick! My car was dropped off on Christmas Eve and back on New Year's Eve!! Not only was Gerber not delayed by the holidays, but they did an amazing job!!! Chris said it would look like it never happened (the accident) and he was soooo right! I was concerned that the paint wouldn't match since my car is 15 years old, but it looks like brand new!!! I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone who needs body work. Gerber rocks!
