Two months after buying my car, someone swiped the front bumper in a parking lot, leaving scorches of white paint on my black car. Calvin took a look and removed most of the paint in 10 minutes and then said to come in the following week and he'd have the scratches buffed out. How much? $0. This place has a great vibe. The employees are super friendly and all seem to enjoy their jobs. I'm grateful for the complimentary quick fix. Thank you, Calvin! You're the best!

Extremely professional,polite and proficient. Jason M. explained everything and was in control throughout the entire process. Front desk staff was very pleasant and efficient. Despite the accident, everybody made it a great and painless experience. I would highly recommend Gerber for all your collision repairs. Gerber really provided excellent customer service. I couldn't ask for anything more. They constantly kept me in the loop regarding my repair via email, sent me a repair cost estimate within 2 days, and was able to repair my car one week faster than the original completion date. Employees were very kind over the phone and took the initiative to give me update calls!

Gerber collision and glass in palatine did an exceptional autobody job on my daughter's car.. The car looked like new and they finished 5 days ahead of schedule . Kudos to June she is so nice and friendly and made the whole process seem so simple . I highly recommend anyone who's in need of body work to give the business to them you won't be disappointed.

This is the 2nd time using Gerber for body work after an accident and now remember why we used them the first time. Exceptional customer service from estimate to completion. The total time to make the repairs was a mere 2 days! The quality of work is also excellent and they also show pride in what they do. They made the entire ordeal as painless as possible, including having the rental car there when I dropped our car off and then being able to leave it there when I picked our car up. I would not hesitate for a second to use Gerber again should the need arise. They helped to make an unpleasant ordeal more than tolerable. I found myself smiling to myself as I drove off their lot this morning...

Brought my car in Monday for front bumper and fender work. Tony said should be 4 or 5 days and he called me Wed. and said it was done. Never got car back 2 days early from any service anywhere. Very pleased with Tony and the quality of work they put out of that shop. Will definitely pass this place on to people I know, and will be sure to give them Tony's card. Nice job guys!
