The repair on my car was wonderful. The automobile estimator, Cindy Molina, fought to save my vehicle when my insurance wanted to total it. The vehicle looks as new. I am completely satisfied with the service provided.

I have used Gerber for years and always have had great service and top quality work! They do it right the first time. Their body work is outstanding and I would not use any other shop. Yesterday I was in a minor fender bender and my new Hyundai Sonata received some abrasions on the bumper. Instead of a $400. refinishing of the bumper, the abrasions were buffed out to look like new in only 20 minutes and I didn't even have an appointment. I expected to pay a fair price but was told this time it's on us. I don't know of any body shop that would do that. I highly recommend Gerber, you can't beat them on price, service, or quality.

Jim, Karen and Michelle provided EXCELLENT service! They were polite, funny and kind. Repairs were done on time and within the quote given. They even rocked it out of the park when another rental car company were being jerks...they hooked me up with Enterprise and was smooth transaction from beginning to end. The Enterprise folks they use are also top notch!!! Thanks for a great experience! The car looks fantastic as well!

Calvin was gfreat. We stopped in for a quote to frearrange the bumper 9 (wife hit a cement bumper in parking lot). But Calvin got one of his workers to epoxy the bumper back into position at no charge! (I have had same car's rear bumper fixed twice at this location.

I give Gerber Collision five stars because I was very impressed. They gave an update as promised on Tuesdays & Thursdays. V ery convenient re car rental. Didn't have to wait at all at repair shop, in and out right away. Car was done 3 days before estimated date. My car was returned to me washed, waxed and shiny including the inside of the car, the tires, everything. Almost didn't recognize my car! A job well done. Thank you for the excellent work.

Five Stars, Excellent work! My car was the unfortunate victim of a hit-and-run (while it was parked in my driveway!), and I had my car repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass (through Allstate) in Round Lake, IL. I've had auto-body work performed on my car by Gerber in the past, and looked to their services this time around. As before, the staff was courteous, professional - and fast, too! The original estimate was for four days, and I picked up my like-new car on the third day. Gerber also provided quick and seamless rental service through their partner Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Round Lake. Good-quality, solid, courteous, and professional work all around. Highly recommended!
