Dispite never having used Gerber Collision before, I found the expirence painless. The courteous and professional employees advised me of costs and parts that needed to be replaced before work began and kept me appraised of the progress with regular updates both on the phone and text messaging, and met the finishing date that they set. I am very impressed by this company and will not hesitate to recommend them to others or use them again in the future. Thanks Gerber!

I have to say that not only the repairs on my 2007 Toyota Rav 4 were done exceptionally , but Rachel S. was very exceptional to work with also. She listens well but is very quick as well as knowledgeable. Even when the window glass they received was defective, she called me promptly to tell me in a very courteous manner. Please excuse my delay in sending this.

I am very satisfied with my vehicle. The auto body repair was done in the time frame that was given and the work is phenomenal. I am pleased with my vehicle and the customer service was awesome. Byron explained the paperwork, as well as the work performed. I will recommend Gerber to all my friends and family.

The service at this location was amazing. I was referred to Gerber by my Liberty Mutual insurance agent. I went in on a Friday morning for an estimate. Gina was very friendly and helped me out so much including getting a rental car from Enterprise. Richard was great help in explaining the damage and giving me the estimate. I returned on Tuesday morning to drop off my car. I was told that it might be done by the end of the day and when I received the call later that afternoon that it in fact would be, I was very surprised. The body work was excellent. Prior to leaving with my repaired car, I had my stepdaughter's car seat with me. I was informed by one of the Gerber workers that since the car seat was in my vehicle when the accident happened, Liberty Mutual would provide me with a new one.
