He was professional, courteous, called when he said he would with updates, had my car ready sooner than expected, had it cleaned inside and out and had it ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. Great service; great quality work! The Gerber staff in Orland Park fully explained the details of the repair, the cost estimate and the estimated completion date. They also arranged a car rental at the Gerber facility. I had a very good experience with them.
