The staff went above and beyond!! Because my teenage son caused the damage to the rear bumper we didn't want to go through insurance so we saved to pay out-of-pocket. The estimator understood our concerns and found every way possible to save us money. Gerber's final cost was about $500 below the other estimates we received. The work was very well done AND they got it back to me ahead of schedule! I was so appreciative that when I picked up the car, I brought them cookies. :)

I just had a great experience getting a side window fixed at Gerber. The freezing temperatures had caused the glass to detach from the raising/lowering mechanism. They were able to get me right in and fix it in just 20 minutes - and for a lot less than the other shops I checked with.
