Excellent customer service! They were ready for me at my appointment time and even called the rental car service to meet me at the shop. I received updates on the status of my car via text and they also called to update on the details of the repair. When I received my car back it was cleaner than I left it, both on the inside and outside. The red color of my car even seemed brighter!! Cory was excellent throughout the whole process, ask for him. Someone had hit my parked car and I had to go through their AllState insurance to get my car fixed, but Allstate's estimate was $1000.00 off of what Gerber assessed. Cory told me no worries and was able to get everything my car needed, as well as have Allstate foot the whole bill!

Gerber did a great job on my 2014 Toyota Camry. They have done work it he past for me also and I have been very satisfied. I have recommended a few of my Co workers to Gerber because of the great job they have done for me. I'm very happy with the service.

After being in a car accident, I couldn't have been more comforted and put at ease than with my Geico Assessor, Kyle N. and with Gerber Collision & Glass' Sate at the front desk in Des Plaines. Some of the most attentive, kind and helpful people you'll ever encounter. Normally, I have to ask many questions of Service places to get the answers I need, however, between Kyle and Sate, I didn't need to ask many questions at all. Both provided everything I needed upfront: from the initial inspection of my car and estimate -- to the details and damage my car sustained; to the number of days it would take to fix my car; to the process and services Gerber provided and how I would be contacted once my car was finished. The kid that helped me his name, is Chris F., he was wonderful, he has great customer service skills. He was wonderful all around & kept me posted every step of the way. Gerber had my car about a month. He was concerned with my situation, which made me feel very taken care of. I would refer this company to my family & friends. I am writing to tell you about my recent experience at your Gerber Collision Evanston location. I was recently rear ended and State Farm recommended I use your services for the repair to my 2010 Mini Cooper. Nobody wants to bring there car into a repair shop, ever, but I had such a terrific experience dealing with your staff that it made the whole experience as least painful as possible. Jack S., Rachel S. and MJ (I don't have his last name), were wonderful. Rachel and MJ were a pleasure to work with and they seemed to really care about me and my car repair. Jack consistently went above and beyond. I was so impressed with the service Jack and the team provided, I would definitely return for future auto needs as well as recommend your company to my friends, family and co-workers. I brought in my car for a repair in the back of the vehicle. Jeff took the estimate and was very pleasant to work with on my vehicle. He told me how long it would take and was spot on. He also told me what the insurance company would likely do and what to expect, as this was my first repair due to a collision. He was very knowledgeable with the process.
