Everything went so smoothly I was so happy. When does that ever happen?! Tricia P. was so kind and she kept me updated on the progress. I have to tell you that the first body shop I went to I left because I got a very bad feeling. I am so glad I came to Gerber in Highland Park. They vacuumed my car and cleaned the mats and the car was just BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you very much, perfect job.

The service was great. Friendly people behind the counter and they delivered on what they promised when they promised it. Pick up could have been quicker since I called before I came. I am a fleet driver and I work in my car so when I am dealing with repairs it is on work time so speed is even more important then friendly or explaining everything. But all in all a very good experience.

My car was so clean and looked like new in just 3 days! The girls in the reception room were so very nice and knowledgeable. They even allowed me to leave my rental car there and they called Hertz to tell them to come and get the car. I was offered coffee in the waiting room. I felt like I was an important person. Thank you for helping a bad situation get all fixed so nicely.

We were blown away by the excellent service we received from Gerber collision. It was way beyond our expectations, our car looks fantastic. From the time we received the estimate until completion, Byron was very professional and kept us informed. They even provided a rental car until our car was finished. It looks brand new! Quality work. The price was also very reasonable. We would recommend Gerber Collision to anyone!!

Thank you for your help and assistance this morning in setting up an appointment to repair my windshield. Not what I planned to do on a Saturday morning and it was quick and painless. Stephanie D. Was your customer service agent that made this very easy to get done. She made sure I provided the correct information about the vehicle so it can be addressed the first time with the correct glass for the car. She took me through several options on how or where the repairs can be done and the limitations on temperatures if done remote without a garage.
