The kid that helped me his name, is Chris F., he was wonderful, he has great customer service skills. He was wonderful all around & kept me posted every step of the way. Gerber had my car about a month. He was concerned with my situation, which made me feel very taken care of. I would refer this company to my family & friends. I am writing to tell you about my recent experience at your Gerber Collision Evanston location. I was recently rear ended and State Farm recommended I use your services for the repair to my 2010 Mini Cooper. Nobody wants to bring there car into a repair shop, ever, but I had such a terrific experience dealing with your staff that it made the whole experience as least painful as possible. Jack S., Rachel S. and MJ (I don't have his last name), were wonderful. Rachel and MJ were a pleasure to work with and they seemed to really care about me and my car repair. Jack consistently went above and beyond. I was so impressed with the service Jack and the team provided, I would definitely return for future auto needs as well as recommend your company to my friends, family and co-workers. You have great people at the Evanston , IL location!

I brought in my car for a repair in the back of the vehicle. Jeff took the estimate and was very pleasant to work with on my vehicle. He told me how long it would take and was spot on. He also told me what the insurance company would likely do and what to expect, as this was my first repair due to a collision. He was very knowledgeable with the process.
