Excellent service from start to finish. The estimator was great at answering my questions and the final estimate didn't deviate much from the initial estimate. The update text messages were a nice modern touch as well. And you guys even delivered my repaired vehicle as a courtesy for pickup at a Gerber location near my house. Above and beyond my expectations!

I had repairs done to my vehicle after I was involved in an auto collision. I was extremely happy to see Tony C. and his staff was still there after Gerber took over Collision Revision. Tony and his professional staff are friendly and very helpful. The repairs made on my 2006 Chevrolet Impala exceeded my expectations. The vehicle looks brand new and it was returned to me fully cleaned. Tony made this process as smoothly as possible, he worked with the insurance company to ensure that my vehicle was repaired and returned to me in a timely manner. I really appreciate Mr. C. and his staff. I will definitely recommended my family and friends to see Tony at Gerber if any repairs is ever needed to their vehicles. Thank you for another great experience!

I don't usually do these surveys, but I was so impressed because everyone I came in contact with was genuinely friendly which means they were very courteous too. The car was ready early which was very helpful. It was especially helpful l that I received text messages informing me of the progress of the work.
