The best service! I have never filed an insurance claim for damage but Gerber made it very easy for me to get my car repaired fast. They let me see the car before it was finished and I was very impressed with the staff. I will for sure recommend them to my family and friends.

Tony c. was amazing!!! The whole experience was 100 percent no stress. They delt with everything including the insurance company to the rental car. We got follow up calls every few days regarding the repairs. Exceptional Customer service! Ten stars!!! Laura at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and best of all my car looks brand new!!!!!! Would highly recommend Gerber to everyone I know....

Friendly staff and pin point work. A bit long on extended delivery quote time and pricing seemed high, but otherwise good management. They did explain everything clearly regarding my repairs in detail.

Excellent customer service! They were ready for me at my appointment time and even called the rental car service to meet me at the shop. I received updates on the status of my car via text and they also called to update on the details of the repair. When I received my car back it was cleaner than I left it, both on the inside and outside. The red color of my car even seemed brighter!! Cory was excellent throughout the whole process, ask for him. Someone had hit my parked car and I had to go through their AllState insurance to get my car fixed, but Allstate's estimate was $1000.00 off of what Gerber assessed. Cory told me no worries and was able to get everything my car needed, as well as have Allstate foot the whole bill!

After being in a car accident, I couldn't have been more comforted and put at ease than with my Geico Assessor, Kyle N. and with Gerber Collision & Glass' Sate at the front desk in Des Plaines. Some of the most attentive, kind and helpful people you'll ever encounter. Normally, I have to ask many questions of Service places to get the answers I need, however, between Kyle and Sate, I didn't need to ask many questions at all.
