I am a very satisfied customer . Mr Jesus D. made me glad I repaired my car again here at Gerber. I was afraid because my car 2 months old . He explained repairs numerous time and I felt his knowledge was the key ticket to having my car done again . Thank you to all the staff at Gerber I will always bring my car here and recommend all my family and friends.

I was vary pleased with my service . My car looks great. everything was on time.Everyone was vary helpful. Judy, called me at all times to let me know how things were going. manager Rafael G. , was vary professional to deal with. I have told everyone that knew about the repairs I had to have done that they did the best job. You would never know how badly my car was wrecked . State farm want to fix the but I did not have the money to get a new car. .So thank you to all who worked on my car to make it look good again. Harlan Calvert

I am very happy with the repairs done to my car, as well as the customer service from all of the employees that I dealt with. Everyone was very nice, explained the process and made sure to keep me up to date with the progress. However, I must say how delighted I was when I got my car back and saw how thorough a cleaning they did before returning it to me. I was going to be happy just having it washed since it was the dead of winter - but I was thrilled to see they did what I would call a "mini-detail". While not totally detailed, which I wouldn't have expected anyway, they cleaned areas inside the car that hadn't been gotten to in a long time. Way to go Gerber Collision on great customer service and quality of work done!

It's rare to find excellent Customer Service anymore, but Gerber does just that. From the time I first came in with Keri at the Reception desk, to Joe my agent at Gerber, I was treated with the utmost respect, and professionalism. I have always liked Gerber, but this visit just reaffirms what I already now to be true; Gerber continues to maintain high quality people and standards. Thank You

We received excellent service at our local Gerber Collision & Glass center. I am a teacher and needed repairs done to my minivan over winter break. The staff kept me updated on a regular basis so I wouldn't worry about their progress. Also, the repair made my van look like new! I would highly recommend this location.

Gerber collision did an incredible job on my Honda 2007 CRV. When I brought it to get it fixed from an accident they got me in and out quickly. They were also able to point out all of the damage that needed to be repaired. During the process of fixing it, they kept me updated with the status of what was going on, which was very helpful in terms of timing. When I went to pick it up, it looked like a brand new car. They not only fixed the necessary areas, they detailed it so it looked clean and ready to drive. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends.

Great customer service! Our truck was done before scheduled time and it looks amazing. I loved how they kept in contact each day with the progress and made you feel so much part of the process. They answered every question I asked. I would never go any place else and will recommend them to anyone I know. They are surely above a 5 star rating!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Gerber in Naperville. I had backed into a pile of ice (after a bad snow storm) and the side bumper of my Ford Focus was ripped away from my car. I do not remember his name at Gerber, but the service man was wonderful and told me that I could come in the following morning to get my car fixed. I came in the next day and the work was completed within the 45 minutes time frame. I wish I remembered the service man's name-he was approximately in his 50's and was at the Ogden location. I remember that his desk backed up to the receptionist's desk (at the front of the store). He came and told me that my car was finished. I walked out to my car with him and he showed me the location of the area they fixed. He handed me my keys and I asked him how I owed him. He said "nothing".
