Very impressed with the quality and workmanship of my recent work. Also all the updates they sent me keeping me informed of my completion date. I had only one delay for the front bumper, but that was not their fault. I understand finding a bumper for a vehicle that is 13 years old. Fantastic!!!

I loved this place. The facility was clean, warm , and inviting. The employees were friendly. They explained the repair process in full detail. The car was repair before the estimated time. They informed about the car repair every step of the way via text or phone calls. They exceeded my expectations, I recommend them to all my friends! I was amazed by the great service they provided!

I was in a collision where my car was hit from behind. I chose to have the repair work done with GC when I was told about Gerber Collision by a friend of mine. The estimate was quick and the repair work was started within 48 hours! Kenny & Shaun did an excellent job keeping the repair work on schedule and keeping me up to date with the repair progress. Repairs were handled in a timely and professional manner with excellent results. The interior and exterior of the car was thoroughly cleaned. They suggested optional painting repairs to the bumper for a reasonable incremental cost. Although the bumper damage was unrelated to the insurance claim, providing the opportunity to address this repair led to an even more satisfying end result.

i went to two different other places before coming over here at gerber because they could not do the things that i wanted. when i arrive at gerber i was greeted and entertained right away and my car was inside the shop less than 5 minutes. they are very professional and very timely mannered. i recommend this place for any automotive repair and services wanted to be done. I WAS TRULY IMPRESSED BY THE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS TREATMENT THAT I RECEIVED AT GERBER AT 5948 N. NORTHWEST HIGHWAY. I WA GREETED BY GENERAL MANAGER CONCETTA HUTTON, WHO MADE EVERY EFFORT TO ACCOMODATE MY SCHEDULE. SHE TOOK A PERSONAL INTEREST IN ENSURING THAT REPAIR PARTS WERE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND THST THE JOB WAS COMPLETED EFFICIENTLY. WHEN A REPLACEMENT WHEEL ARRIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION, CONCETTA REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT AND REQUIRED THAT A NEW ONE BE SENT. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEMONSTRATED BY CONCETTA AND HER STAFF. SHE HAS WON ME OVER AS A GERBER COLLISION & GLASS CUSTOMER SHOULD I NEED GLASS OR AUTO DAMAGE REPAIRS IN THE FUTURE. I PLAN TO SHARE MY GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
