The car was in great shape once i received it. I was told that I would receive an estimate after dropping the car off. I was never given an estimate, but other than that I had a great experience.

Fantastic service! The quote only took 15 minutes, the repair was done 4 days earlier than expected, and the communication was flawless. Not only was my car repaired, but it was cleaner when I got it back!

I thought the service was excellent, extremely friendly and thorough. They had a rental car ready for me which I didn't need and when I told them that they were great on understanding and not make me feel bad for the misunderstanding, the car looks great too!

Due to a collision, the back gate and right rear side of my SUV had to be replaced and fixed. I arrived at Gerber and they had a rental car ready for me. Everything was arranged so that I would have minimal inconvenience. A few hours later Gerber called to provide an estimate of the cost to repair my car. They told me that my car would be ready for pickup in about two weeks. I was called by Gerber when the car was ready for pickup a few days earlier than expected. I drove to Gerber, dropped off the rental and picked up my car. Upon pickup I was taken to my car and explained the repairs and given the paperwork itemizing them. The staff were professional and the job done was very good. I am happy with the repairs and would recommend Gerber to others.

Elmhurst Gerber collision & glass did an awesome job on my car's bumper repair. They completed the repair on time and keep me updated via phone calls and text messages on the repair process. I am so pleased with the work that was done! The bumper was hit when my daughter was stopped at a red light and the work that was done to repair the damage is excellent. It's like a brand new car! They also cleaned the inside of the car. I can't say enough about Gerber and am so thankful for all the updates I received while my car was in the shop. It was definitely in good hands!
