Unfortunately this is the 2nd time in a year I've had to visit Gerber Collision for some body work on my mini-van. I was just as happy the second time around with the work and the customer service I received. June, at the front desk, should write a book about customer service because there is really no one who does it better. She greats you like a friend when you enter and makes sure you are kept informed and treated like royalty throughout. I am a working mom with 4 children and tons of carpooling to do so being without my mini van for two weeks was going to be devastating for me. June ensured that I was able to get a rental mini van while my car was being fixed - I am eternally grateful!!! Denise, the front desk girl was wonderful to work with when I had to schedule my car. Being the first point of contact, she really set a positive experience from the moment I walked in the door. For service, I dealt with Matt, Nick and Kevin. They were constantly calling with updates on my car. I appreciated their genuine concern and care for my car and my needs. My car was fixed in a timely manner. When I picked up my car, it was spotless: detailed inside and out. I highly recommend this shop for repairs.

My estimator was Dina E. and she was wonderful! She was very pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable with what had to be done to fix my car. She went over everything with me and kept me appraised on the progress of my car throughout it's stay at Gerber! Dina reassured me that everything would be taken care of in a timely manner and it was. I picked up my car today and it looks band new!
