I had an auto accident recently and Gerber collision was recommended by my insurance company. I was very worried about my car a Lexus Hybrid, because i had never been in an accident and didn't quite know how everything would go. From the moment my car was towed into the shop I got a text letting me know it had arrived! Every thing they did along the way i either got a text or a phone call which helped to put me at ease immediately. They constantly kept in touch with me even to tell me that they were waiting on parts to come in. This made my whole experience better, lets face it to some of us our car is our baby and I really missed my baby and couldn't wait to get it back. When I went to pick it up AWESOME JOB!!! Wonderful service and friendly staff. I always bring my vehicle to them for a quality repair. I spoke with Doug when I picked up and told him I am going up to Chicago to bring one of my friends cars down that had a bad accident. He always takes care of me. He did a free detail and filled my tank up free of charge for returning to him for an accident. 5 stars threw and threw.

I was highly satisfied with the job Gerber did for my car. Had my car fixed the first time in October after I got into an accident and was surprised that they detailed my car afterwards. Dont really go to autoshops that often and not sure if all repair shops do that. Nonetheless, I was surprised and happy. Second time I had my car done, I paid out of my pocket, and was grateful for all the help the GM, Matt and the estimator, Kevin. They did a tremendous job on working with my budget and to ensure that I get my car in good condition. They fixed my car in a timely manner as well considering the bad weather. Highly recommend their professional services. Thanks guys!
