We were very happy with our service at Gerber. Our estimator, Ben was very professional and helpful, and kept us up to date . The customer service representative (Jennifer, I believe) , helped us arrange our rental car and handled all the details. I was also glad that Gerber handled the claim with the insurance company. I would recommend Gerber to friends. It was a much better experience that I expected.

Just wanted to let you know I have had my car back now for a few weeks and all is well as mater of fact ...It looks better than it was before the accident. They took care of dents around the area being repaired and it even has as nice of finish as the rest of the car " we cant tell it was repaired" ...Scott kept us informed & updated us on all the progress, he handled the Insurance company and all the repairs! They even set me up with a local car rental and drop off right at your Gerber shop ! The car was finished ahead of time! I understand Your tec. worked the weekend to Finnish it up for the first thing Monday morning ! It was cleaned Vacuumed! Glass! Interior! Engine Bay! Tires & Wheels! Beyond my Expectations! Great quality craftsmanship. Car was clean and ready to go. The repair looks as if the car was never hit. Great quality paint blending. They even vacuumed the inside of the car and shined up the chrome lettering on the back

In my opinion, this is the best service I have ever had at any body shop, and I've been to at least 4, I feel very comfortable referring anyone to Gerber Collision & Glass including family and friends and any other associate I know, If I ever had and future auto problems i will not hesitate to bring all my work to Gerber.... Byron the adjuster who handle my claim gave me excellent service, he took his time to explain everything clearly to me so I understood, I knew everything that was going to take place and in the end the work and the bill was exactly as he said it would be!! He will be the adjuster that i will recommend to anyone that i refer to Gerber! My car came in for accident through Farmers insurance co. and i showed him a pair of scratches on my rear door that he gave me great deal on and was able to match the paint awesome ... read more

Absolutely outstanding service, The Gerber collision teams were very professional, courteous, informative, and knowledgeable. They repaired my car faster than expected and they did a fantastic/awesome job!!! They kept in contact with my insurance and frequently gave me updates. They even cleaned the interior. I'm extremely satisfied with the repairs. It's a great company, i highly recommend them. Excellent JOB keep it up!!!

Chris W. and his team definitely exceeded any thoughts I had on the process of repairing my vehicle. I've never been in an accident before (knock on wood); Was going in blind so to speak. My insurance company (USAA) was good, but Gerber was even better! The work done was absolutely perfect. I was so happy to see my car, it was all pretty and clean again :-) Their attention to detail was noticed and so appreicated. Chris was able to make time for me and my questions; Never made me feel rushed or like I was some clueless customer. Just want to pass this feeback on. I've 'Liked' their shop on Facebook and have told all my friends about it. If something like this should ever happen again, I'm without a doubt going back to Chris and his team.
