I had to bring in a company car for some body work. The shop was very busy but I didn't have to wait very long. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. We picked up our car in a few days at a reasonable price.

We needed some body work for our company car. The entire process from estimate, to dropping the car off for the work to picking up the car was beyond our expectations. Very friendly staff both on the phone and in person. The work was completed so well that we can't even tell where is was originally damaged. I will definitely recommend Gerber and the Palatine office for any similar work.

This is the second time I've used this location for collision repairs. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, efficient and make the entire process incredibly easy. In fact, even though the accident occurred in the town I live in (over an hour away), I chose to use this service provider again since they made everything go so smoothly. Thanks Gerber!

Great service. They had my car ready two days before the estimated date. I also like the updates via text message. Its a great way of know what is going on with my car. The only thing I would suggest is to give a small bottle of paint for touch ups....

I'm back in my car faster than the completion date given to me , That made me very happy . The great work done to my car made me even more satisfied . Great job done by my estimator Jesus D kept his word on the quality Gerber was going to do on my car. Looks great feels as if I'm in a new car now if only I can clean up the other side . Gerber Collision you have a great staff from the front office, estimator and technicians. I will always bring my vehicle to this location . June, who runs the front desk, is so efficient and has a great personality! Everyone was wonderful! Very friendly, very helpful and accommodating and they did an OUTSTANDING job on fixing the body work of my Lexus. I would highly recommend them!
