We received excellent service at our local Gerber Collision & Glass center. I am a teacher and needed repairs done to my minivan over winter break. The staff kept me updated on a regular basis so I wouldn't worry about their progress. Also, the repair made my van look like new! I would highly recommend this location.

Gerber collision did an incredible job on my Honda 2007 CRV. When I brought it to get it fixed from an accident they got me in and out quickly. They were also able to point out all of the damage that needed to be repaired. During the process of fixing it, they kept me updated with the status of what was going on, which was very helpful in terms of timing. When I went to pick it up, it looked like a brand new car. They not only fixed the necessary areas, they detailed it so it looked clean and ready to drive. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends.

Great customer service! Our truck was done before scheduled time and it looks amazing. I loved how they kept in contact each day with the progress and made you feel so much part of the process. They answered every question I asked. I would never go any place else and will recommend them to anyone I know. They are surely above a 5 star rating!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Gerber in Naperville. I had backed into a pile of ice (after a bad snow storm) and the side bumper of my Ford Focus was ripped away from my car. I do not remember his name at Gerber, but the service man was wonderful and told me that I could come in the following morning to get my car fixed. I came in the next day and the work was completed within the 45 minutes time frame. I wish I remembered the service man's name-he was approximately in his 50's and was at the Ogden location. I remember that his desk backed up to the receptionist's desk (at the front of the store). He came and told me that my car was finished. I walked out to my car with him and he showed me the location of the area they fixed. He handed me my keys and I asked him how I owed him. He said "nothing". was a little apprehensive about taking my 2011 Camaro to Gerber because this car is my "baby" . Unfortunately the rear bumper got banged up pretty bad and I was upset. I thought about just getting a new bumper because I didn't think anyone could fix to my satisfaction but the people at Gerber assured me they could. When I picked the car up I was truly surprised and really pleased. It looked as good as new and the paint (inferno orange ) matched perfectly. I thanked them for working their "magic" and said I would have no problem with recommending them to anyone. Not only was the work perfect each person I dealt with from the counter to the production people were friendly and helpful. Thanks again Gerber for taking such good care of my "baby"

Gerber is a very good body shop, very friendly . They make you feel like your in your own home. I would recommend anyone who has an accident to go there, also they have have very good coffee and the job is done when they tell you it will be done.
