Due to a collision, the back gate and right rear side of my SUV had to be replaced and fixed. I arrived at Gerber and they had a rental car ready for me. Everything was arranged so that I would have minimal inconvenience. A few hours later Gerber called to provide an estimate of the cost to repair my car. They told me that my car would be ready for pickup in about two weeks. I was called by Gerber when the car was ready for pickup a few days earlier than expected. I drove to Gerber, dropped off the rental and picked up my car. Upon pickup I was taken to my car and explained the repairs and given the paperwork itemizing them. The staff were professional and the job done was very good. I am happy with the repairs and would recommend Gerber to others.

Elmhurst Gerber collision & glass did an awesome job on my car's bumper repair. They completed the repair on time and keep me updated via phone calls and text messages on the repair process. They really did do a great job as I knew they would. I would recommend Gerber again for any potential car repairs in the future.

I am so pleased with the work that was done! The bumper was hit when my daughter was stopped at a red light and the work that was done to repair the damage is excellent. It's like a brand new car! They also cleaned the inside of the car. I can't say enough about Gerber and am so thankful for all the updates I received while my car was in the shop. It was definitely in good hands!

He explained repairs numerous time and I felt his knowledge was the key ticket to having my car done again . Judy, called me at all times to let me know how things were going. manager Rafael G. , was vary professional to deal with. I have told everyone that knew about the repairs I had to have done that they did the best job. You would never know how badly my car was wrecked . I am very happy with the repairs done to my car, as well as the customer service from all of the employees that I dealt with. Everyone was very nice, explained the process and made sure to keep me up to date with the progress. However, I must say how delighted I was when I got my car back and saw how thorough a cleaning they did before returning it to me. I was going to be happy just having it washed since it was the dead of winter - but I was thrilled to see they did what I would call a "mini-detail". While not totally detailed, which I wouldn't have expected anyway, they cleaned areas inside the car that hadn't been gotten to in a long time. Way to go Gerber Collision on great customer service and quality of work done!
