These people went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. They called me any time there was an update and had my car done in 2 weeks which is great timing considering all the craziness in the world with shipping and handling stuff. The girls at the front desk always answer or call you back. Jorge, the estimator was amazing with every phone call explaining to me what I needed to know. Great place to take your car for any repair!

If I could give this location 10 stars instead of just 5 I would. Dominic K. and his team are outstanding! He called to inform me every step of the way to let me know what was going on with my Kia repair. The car looks great and the inside was also cleaned. Just amazing work and outstanding customer service.

I had a fantastic experience with Mark L. for my Kia Soul 2016. From the moment I arrived, the service was professional, honest, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and clearly explained what needed to be done. The work was completed on time. It's hard to find service you can truly trust, but I feel confident returning here for any future service. Great work, fair prices, and excellent customer care!

The entire experience at Gerber Collision & Glass (on Ogden in Downers Grove) was fantastic and far beyond my expectations. They made the process easy and stress free as it could be from the moment I called and reserved a time to drop the car off through pick up about 4 days later. Every member of the staff I interacted with was great but in particular I'd like to commend Jacob, who was assigned to handle my claim from start to finish. He explained exactly how the repair process would play out and instilled confidence that the work would be done flawlessly (which it was). Jacob could not have been more professional or easier to work with. I am not one to post reviews often but I highly recommend Gerber to anyone needing collision repair!

Friendly, informative, easy to reach and top notch communication. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed an additional light was on my dash and it turns out a bulb had burnt out unrelated to the accident - they fixed it for me right away at no charge. The office and waiting room is kept clean and comfortable. They also took the time to give me information on an issue with my car related to an emissions test which I had coming up. Cannot express how above and beyond they go any more. Bonus is they are well tied to the enterprise on Cicero - makes it seamless and I was able to leave my rental with them.
