I had an outstanding experience with Dylan at the Gerber Collision & Glass location on New York St. I reached out after struggling to source a part through Toyota , specifically, the foam strips that adhere to the radiator/condenser on my Toyota Sienna. Dylan was incredibly sympathetic, patient, and eager to help. He invited me to stop by with the old part so he could take a closer look. I brought in the original radiator I had removed, and right away, Dylan understood exactly what I was referring to. Without hesitation, he explained that those particular foam strips are no longer in production , something he had already encountered personally while trying to order them himself. Couldn't be happier with the experience at Gerber in HP, IL. Luiss (Estimator), Natalie (Admin), and Drew (General Manager) were all extremely helpful and guided me through the collision and insurance process seamlessly. I was able to drop off my car, drive off in an Enterprise car delivered to the parking lot minutes later, and received detailed texts related to timing and estimates throught the process. Best yet, the car was ready to be picked up two weeks ahead of what they originally told me, and the car looked like new. They made what was an annoying, no fault-collision into a pleasant and efficient experience and didn't let me leave until I was 100% taken care of. Recommend these guys 1000%!! Thank you Gerber!!

Definitely Wow! T.J. was on top of things from the time I walked in the door. Excellent job estimating, then following through with the insurance company, getting my car fixed and keeping me updated the whole way. T.J. along with Stacey, who runs the front desk, were efficient, know their business, and nice to deal with. Highly recommend their company.

Came in for hail damage repair. Even though a dent was missed, Jerry's kindness and phenomenal customer service blew me away. I don't mind bringing my car back once the piece is ordered, he said he can install it within 20 minutes. Jerry also went above and beyond helping me find the correct gaskets I want for my car. Our son had his family's mini-van repaired at the Gerber shop on N. Western Ave. (broken glass and repair ignition) after thieves attempted to steal his van by breaking the glass and trying to jimmy the ignition. I picked his van up for him and was so pleased with the quality of work that was done on the van, but also the staff's service. After picking up the van, the manager of the shop noticed a leak in one of the tires and arranged to have it patched on the spot to accommodate me in a gesture that went above and beyond expectations. Thank you Gerber.

Robert and the Gerber team at the Rt. 59 location were great to work with. They walked me through the whole process and kept me up to date on progress while the car was being repaired. After having my car for a little over a week to replace the tailgate and trim, my car looked just like new.
