Courteous service, nice people LOL the office smelled good Good communications all the way Pretty flexible Nice they washed the car(!) It needed it badly. They offered to drive me home when I dropped it off. I chose to just take a nice walk home instead, but still. They offered to bring it to our house when it was ready, which they did. And even gave us a little bag of candy treats with a pen upon dropoff! Will definitely recommend Gerber to my friends

Outstanding customer service. My vehicle had a parking lot accident with a long black scrape on the passenger side. I brought it in for an estimate. Your estimator looked at and said he thought he could buff it out. Five minutes later, my car looked like new. Thank you for your quick work and fantastic customer service. I now tell a great car repair story to all of my friends.
