Everyone at this location is SO friendly and they do a really good job! Special shout out to Rudy C, he was so helpful and honest. In my experience it is hard to find genuine people you can trust with anything auto related, so it was refreshing that Gerber in AH was so great to work with! If I could give them more than a 5 star review, I certainly would have!

EXCELLENT I came in for an estimate to get the passenger side bumper reattached and I was told "give me your keys we'll give you a call in a short while" It was fixed and I was home in less than 2 hours. Thanks to all involved -THANK YOU

Sadly it was a total loss. Which is not good, however, the girls at the front desk were always helpful in answering my questions along the way when I was not sure how things worked or what I needed to do. They even helped when I had questions when I came in to pick up the rest of our belongings. Everything was a lot less stressful because of the help I was able to get, even though our car was considered to be a total loss.

The team at Gerber Collision's Elmhurst shop are phenomenal. Estimator Dominic was efficient, professional and just nice. We dropped our Honda Pilot off on Wednesday 5/21. We walked through the damage and he explained what they would be repairing and what would be replaced, subject to a teardown. We received our estimate within an hour of dropping it off. He told us that he would have a good estimate on when it would be ready for pick up after his technicians completed the teardown. We got the call a day later telling us they were targeting Wednesday 6/04. Throughout the repair Dominic kept us informed via next text updates. I had a couple of questions and he responded promptly.
