I worked with Gina and Chris at the Bloomington, IL Gerber office. These folks have great customer service and took my situation at heart and did what they could to provide a rental vehicle, fix the issues as soon as they could, and worked on pricing with me. Everyone there is friendly, nice, and caring. I am not sure price-wise how it compares with other collision repair facilities, but based on customer service, and repairs performed, I would recommend them. We were paying out of pocket for the repairs, so all of that was appreciated.
