I can not say enough about the amazing services I've had with Gerber Collision. All of the employees were great and Renee and Luis went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle repairs. I can only say that the service was excellent. The General Manager, Chris, was very cordial, professional, understanding towards my issue and quickly resolved it. I knew that my car was not safe to drive and he saw to it that my car and the safety of other drivers was no longer an issue for me. I told my friends and family the news and they inquired about Gerber. Thank You Chris.

My 2024 Explorer was damaged in a accident, Gerber handle the repair and we couldn't be more satisfied. Gerber's staff kept us informed along the way and when the car was ready it looked like it was fresh off the showroom floor. Communication was outstanding, we either received texts or phone calls keeping us advised of the progress. We highly recommend Gerber!

Brad and Corey went above and beyond to take good care of me. It was my first time visiting this Gerber location. They were honest, professional and their main priority was to make sure I left there 100% happy. Also, the lady at the front desk was very kind and professional. This location has great staff and all deserve a raise!

This place is fantastic. My collision took place in November and Gerber Collision and Glass in Downers Grove did the repairs. I took my car to the BMW location in Naperville for an annual review. They said the repairs were done perfectly. Everything looked great. I have had no issues with the car since then. Gerber Collision and Glass were professional, thorough, timely and excellent. They are wonderful. They took care of my car. Completed everything. The car looks and drives like brand new. Excellent repair professionals.

I really messed up my car with a concrete post in a parking garage. My insurance company gave me a couple of places they work with, and I selected Ger Collision. I had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision and couldn't be more satisfied with their work. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely worry-free. The new door looks better than the original! Steve was really kind communicated with me about the entire process. I wasn't able to get it in when I made the first appointment, but they worked with me and they were able to get it in the day after Christmas.
