My car hit an obstruction at 74 mph on a highway at nite; the resulting damages were many and complicated. As a result, the work took time, more time than I expected. Nick, Ashley and Keegan did a good job keeping me updated with new developments. They showed concern like it was their own vehicle getting concerned. And guess what? When I picked up my car, it was in better shape than before the accident, which was a great surprise and treat. Excellent repair and reconditioning services.

I made an appointment for 4 PM. The the estimator David hopfaul was on time. He was very friendly. This is especially helpful because when you're going into a collision place, you're not in a good mood He evaluated my car credibly professional, and it amazed me with his knowledge of body work on cars. Because of David, I would highly recommend you go to Gerber. I've had work done in the past here and they've always been top-notch.

Outstanding work quality and service. Everyone I interacted with - Jacob, Sue, Max - were wonderful, helpful and pleasant. My car looks like new, and it was delivered much cleaner than I left it. I was even able to leave the Enterprise car rental at Gerber. Every part of the experience exceeded expectations. As Gerber's old commercials used to say, "Highly wrecommended".

Best experience here. Juan and the whole team truly were beyond great. They kept in touch by using a web application that clearly showed the status of my vehicle which I liked. Also, my car was ready x1 week earlier than previously estimated. The work was really great, i honestly can't even tell that something was even done! It looks really good. I would recommend this place and also return in the future.
