I managed to go over some rough areas of an unpaved road (a Prius is not really an off road vehicle) and dislodged a guard underneath the front of the car. Not a disaster, but important. Jesse and Irving made this as easy as pie. The car was seen within about 5 minutes of arrival - not bad for a walk-in. Problem identified and repaired in about 15 - 20 minutes.Cost: FREE!!! Really. I will never go anywhere else for auto body or glass again! Thank you for your help. You have another loyal customer.

An all around great job from drop off to pickup. My car was in and out in a shorter than estimated by other collision repair shops. I also love that their is a lifetime warranty on their work. Hope to not have another accident but if I need collision repair I know where to come. Will definitely be telling my friends and family!!

Also, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and courteous. We have been customers for many years, and the repairs and service are always top-notch. You guys are the best!

I loved the text updates I got the moment I dropped my car off. I knew what was happening before taking it in, while it was there, and after it was done. Not only did I received text updates, but I also received personal phone calls. I was told it was going to take a week to get my car back, but the best part is that it only took four days. They did a great job on the body work and blending the colors. Thanks for taking care of my car.

Ive always had a good experience from Gerber collision and glass. Even when something needed attention from past repairs Mark was always willing to step up quickly and get the job done as soon as possible. They have always returned my car interior and exterior and you can ask Mark he manager on this, as clean as I keep it which means alot to me.

This was my second having my car (s) repaired at Gerber in 4 months. Each time was a great experience. From Jenn at the reception desk, my estimator Dana to Tony who had the dent popped out in one day right to another fella named Tony who detailed everything inside & out like a true pro! My car was back on the road in 4 days. I wouldn't even think of taking my vehicles anywhere but Gerber! Thanks again for the great service!! :)

The service, repair and bodywork on my car was beyond expectation. From Gina at the front desk, to the nice young man who detailed my car before delivery, and the guy who explained what was done (wish I could remember their names), I was blown away with their customer service. They took great care of me and my car. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, although I hope I don't need their services again!. They turned an accident/bad experience into an exemplary customer service experience! And my car looks and rides like new!

No one likes to be in an accident. I was most thankful no one was hurt in mine. What I didn't expect was how pleased and grateful I was for the service from Gerber! My car was repaired quickly and looks like nothing happened to it. On top of it, June (at the front desk) was helpful, professional, empathetic, cheerful, and friendly. I was able to drive the rental in to "trade" for my repaired car. When I walked in, she called me by name, and immediately radioed the shop for my car to be brought to the front door. While I hope to not need Gerber again for a collision, it's nice to know a place I can take it where it will be repaired quickly and well, and I can count on an exceptionally pleasant and positive experience overall!! Thank you!
