Last fall I brought my car in for body repair. The work was excellent! Today (3/16/15), I brought my car back to see if Gerber could fix a rusted bracket for my rear license plate. June recognized me from my previous visit. I showed her the issue I was having and she brought a body man (Dale) out to investigate. Within 15 minutes my problem was solved. THANK YOU!!!

They did a great job! I was completely satisfied with everything. They fixed my car and it looks fantastic! The customer service was great, they followed up with me and kept me informed through out the entire process. PLUS they cleaned the inside of my car and it looked like it was brand new!! I recommend them if you ever need anything fixed on your car!

Gerber Palatine is Awesome! Their service and quality of work are top notch! They made the whole experience convenient and stressless during a stressful time. They even washed the inside and out; What a surprise! I felt guilty as the car was filthy from the winter elements. Of course the bodywork looked great too!. Josh provided helpful information about replacement options for my rear bumper and coordinated the work with my out of town schedule so that the car would be ready when I returned. He went the extra mile in staying an hour later so that I could pick it up as scheduled. Great work!

When I went to Gerber Collision & Glass, I was not sure what to expect. However, I have never been treated so kindly or had a problem I had looked at so thoroughly in all my time as a car-owner. If I may be so bold, this might be the best place in Chicago to go if you need anything done on your car. Not only is their work professional, but they will go above and beyond whatever you ask them to do and make sure that you do not regret coming to see them. Jason was very prompt in keeping me informed on the progress of the repair and how soon the car will be ready for pick up. He also looked into other problems unrelated to the repair and offered solution to fix the problems. Thats what I call going above and beyond call of duty to satisfy their customer.

Couldn't believe the cost and amount of time it took to get the part and complete the job. I got another estimate and they were going to charge more and figure at least a week before the job was done. The part was ordered on a Wednesday and the job was complete the next day and the inside and outside of the car were cleaned which was unexpected!
