My wife's CRV was rear ended and banged up pretty good. We took it to Gerber Collision upon a family recommendation and we could not be happier with the results. The CRV is a few years old and has been through some rough Chicago winters and of course Chicago's amazingly well maintained roads. I expected the damage to be repaired on the vehicle but they went above and beyond. The vehicle was returned in mint condition, all repairs made, inside and outside of vehicle completely cleaned and was spotless inside and out. Just an awesome job and we highly recommend Gerber Collision.

I was pleased with the texts and phone calls regarding the progress of my repairs I received throughout the repair process. I am very pleased with the work on the car as well even though it took a little longer than expected. I will definitely use this shop again if need be and definitely recommend this shop to others.

The service I received at gerber was AWESOME! The employees were extremely friendly and very attentive (Mellssa, the receptionist and Bill( N., the General Manager.) I am very pleased with my car repairs. I would definately recommend them to family and friends. I wish more companies would provide such great customer service.

Gerber was excellent while they worked on my car. They always kept me updated about the status of my car. If they did not send me an e-mail they called me to let me know what was going on with my car. They were very helpful and kind during the process. It would recommend them to anyone.

I have stopped at this location for small problems or advice a few times. And each time your staff have been of great help. Especially Alex who took care of my problem each time. One hopes he never needs a repair service, but if you do I recommend Gerber and especially the Matteson location.

He went over my two options with great detail and helped me decide on the best option . also I would like to thank him for addressing a tire safety issue I had, He gave me what I believe was a great price.
