My overall experience with Gerber has always been positive. The entire team is friendly, positive, and informative. The front desk receptionist Jennifer is always kind, friendly, prompt and has a smile on her face. The General Manager Mike has been very helpful and appears to manage his team well. Everyone at Gerber seems happy to be there, and at a time when you are not happy due to a wrecked car, they make it hassle and stress free for you. I trust all of the employees at Gerber because of my continued positive experiences with them. The Parts manager Isidro has been very efficient in locating custom and rare parts for my vehicle fast and swiftly. Ryan, my estimator kept me in the loop every step of the way, exhibiting great communication and customer service skills. The entire team works well together, and because of their hard work ... and team work have continued to deliver and live up to my high standards. Once again, my car was done ahead of schedule. Once again, I am impressed with this company, and this location. I will continue to use them in the future as needed and would highly recommend them to everyone else. read more

I usually never write reviews because I expect all things to be done well if I am paying for them. Lately, myself and everyone around me has been complaining about how businesses do not care about customer service anymore. I am writing this review because this shop went above and beyond my expectations not only in turn around time and quality of work but also, more importantly, in customer service. From the moment I walked in I was comfortable. The estimator, John, answered my questions and explained a few things to me. They also took care of planning for the rental car to be able to pick me up so I could make it to work the morning I dropped off my car. Doug was there when I dropped it off and was completely professional making sure I understood the timeline and what they were doing. They kept me updated on progress. Doug even dropped ... off my car at my workplace and took the rental back because I could only make it to the store after hours with my work schedule. The car was cleaned, detailed, and looked brand new again. Thank you so much! I'm happy to see some businesses still care about customer service! read more

I would highly recommend them for auto repair. Their customer service is excellent and they keep you informed of how your repair to your car is going.
