WOW! Gerber did an incredible job on fixing my car. It only took 1 day and I had my car back. Not only did they do an excellent job fixing my car but when I picked it up they had washed and cleaned both the outside AND inside. That was above and beyond what I had expected. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. I would strongly recommend Gerber to anyone that needed their car fixed!

Seems like good overall workmanship on driver front fender & door. Have to take back though in a couple of days due to door entry button on door handle not working. This was the door they were working on. Passenger side handle button works fine. Must be connection harness in door didn't get connected. Otherwise very happy so far.

Talk about excellent customer service!!! Kevin and Matt were extremely helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. I've been here twice this year and received excellent service and a stellar body/paint job both times. Unfortunately, you can't do much about inconsiderate hit-and-run drivers in Chicago, but the good guys at Gerber will have your car fixed up and looking like new in no time! Thanks for the good work guys!

I've had the pleasure of working with Scott B. and his team on two different auto repairs on our vehicles. On both occasions the work was handled professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I always felt they repaired the vehicles as if it were their own! In one case I needed a rental car and this was also coordinated seamlessly with my insurance and Enterprise. I have recommended Gerber Collision of Mundelein to many of many friends and co-workers who have had a need for collision repair and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them again if needed. They did a great job on the repair and paint and they did the work the way I wanted it done. I had a bumper repaired on a Monte Carlo I used to own and they did not take bumper off they did not even paint the whole bumper like I asked. I will use this repair shop again if I need something repaired........Thank You

This is a Wow, Wow, Wow on my recent service. Due to a mix up, there was no record of my quote or work order when I arrived. June Heiderman immediately took charge to rectify the problem. She organized the staff to provide a quote and then expedited the repair. The work was competed in less than two days. Everyone extended themselves in this effort. You couldn't have a better face for the organization than June. She is always friendly and courteous. I'm a repeat customer due to the quality work, on time delivery and pleasure in dealing with June. I couldn't be happier and will be a loyal customer plus recommend this organization to anyone seeking my advice.
