My father has always gotten body work done on his car at Gerber and when I hit a deer, my insurance company and my father suggested Gerber. I was very happy with Gerbers service, timeliness, and consistent communication with the status of the repairs. The car was fixed in less than a week, it looked like nothing ever happened and I was notified by text every step of the way. My experience with Gerber's Bourbonnais location was excellent.

The car was finished much faster than anticipated. The staff explained the insurance process clearly and kept us up to date on the progress of the car. They are all very friendly and made suggestions to aid us in finding a car to use while ours was being fixed. If we need this service again, we will not need to look anywhere else besides Gerber!
