Your employes Corey & Gerald went above and beyond to help us when our rv slide cover came loose and was flapping the side of our rig. They suggested and helped with a temporary fix to get us on our way. They wouldn't take any money. This is the customer care a business owner can be proud of. We would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

I want to say, that although not happy that I had to get extensive body work done to my car, the service at Gerber was fantastic. They make everything so easy from the time of estimate to picking up the car. Jesse D. was attentive and gave me an extra surprise. My sideview mirror which was not part of my damage was painted at no extra cost!!!!! Your rent a car is waiting when you get here and you leave here when picking up the car. My car looks just like new! If you need any body work done to your car, I highly recommend Gerber.

High winds in Chicago today. Opened door of the commercial vehicle that I drive and the wind took the door and ran it past its limits. I could not open the door. I notified my supervisor and went directly to my neighborhood Gerber's. I was greeted by Mario and Alex and was Immediately made to feel comfortable. I explained my issue and was told not to worry, that this was a normal occurrence on a windy day and that the damage would be repaired in 10 minutes. I could not believe that the level of customer service was this high, and that I would be back at work in minutes. The vehicle was fixed, and when I asked for the bill, I was told thanks for coming in, there is no charge. WOW !!! Gerber made a bad experience immediately turn into a great experience. 5 STARS !!!!! Thanks Guys! I am back on the road.

He made sure he kept me abreast of the progress with my vehicle, was available to answer my questions or concerns and went out of his way to ensure that my car was returned BEFORE the proposed deliverable date.
