Can't say enough good about Mark S. and the team at this location. Most helpful with a difficult older model muscle car that needed replacement parts that were hard to find. They were relentless, and productive, and did an excellent job getting our car in excellent condition. Thank you for a job more than well done.

After my auto was sideswiped I brought it into Gerber for estimate/repair. From the first day I brought my car in the staff was extremely courteous and accomadating. Byron did the estimate on my car and was very polite and professional. Lucy was extremely nice and helpful. The entire process was fast and clearly explained to us. Every effort was made to have the car repaired quickly, and they made it extremely easy to obtain a rental car while my repairs were being done. On the day my car was completed, the outside of the car looked wonderful . I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber, especially the location we used, Orland Park 153rd St.

Excellent service from Kristi and Dave at Gerber and Nick from Enterprise. All were very pleasant to deal with and service oriented. They did my estimate right away and took my car the next day for repairs, had a rental car waiting for me when I brought my car in, completed the repairs ahead of schedule, and cleaned my car so it looked brand new when I picked it up! I would recommend this location to my friends for any glass or collision repairs.

My overall experience with Gerber has always been positive. The entire team is friendly, positive, and informative. The front desk receptionist Jennifer is always kind, friendly, prompt and has a smile on her face. The General Manager Mike has been very helpful and appears to manage his team well. Everyone at Gerber seems happy to be there, and at a time when you are not happy due to a wrecked car, they make it hassle and stress free for you. I trust all of the employees at Gerber because of my continued positive experiences with them. The Parts manager Isidro has been very efficient in locating custom and rare parts for my vehicle fast and swiftly.
