I want to say, that although not happy that I had to get extensive body work done to my car, the service at Gerber was fantastic. They make everything so easy from the time of estimate to picking up the car. Jesse D. was attentive and gave me an extra surprise. My sideview mirror which was not part of my damage was painted at no extra cost!!!!! Your rent a car is waiting when you get here and you leave here when picking up the car. My car looks just like new! If you need any body work done to your car, I highly recommend Gerber.

High winds in Chicago today. Opened door of the commercial vehicle that I drive and the wind took the door and ran it past its limits. I could not open the door. I notified my supervisor and went directly to my neighborhood Gerber's. I was greeted by Mario and Alex and was Immediately made to feel comfortable. I explained my issue and was told not to worry, that this was a normal occurrence on a windy day and that the damage would be repaired in 10 minutes. I could not believe that the level of customer service was this high, and that I would be back at work in minutes. The vehicle was fixed, and when I asked for the bill, I was told thanks for coming in, there is no charge. WOW !!! Gerber made a bad experience immediately turn into a great experience. 5 STARS !!!!! Thanks Guys! I am back on the road.

My experience with the team of Gerber Collision in Chicago (on Elston Avenue) was extremely favorable. In particular, Ryan Flynn (estimator) provided exemplary customer service. He made sure he kept me abreast of the progress with my vehicle, was available to answer my questions or concerns and went out of his way to ensure that my car was returned BEFORE the proposed deliverable date. I would definitely continue to do business with Gerber Collision and will recommend this organization to my family, friends and acquaintances. Great Job everyone. Thanx a bunch

Brought in my 2005 Acura to get some scratches and paint chipping removed and was amazed at the timely manner at which my vehicle was returned. The estimator Raul was knowledgeable, professional and answered any questions I had. He was upfront about price and the time frame of repair......I would definitely return to this location. Raul may have just made a customer for life.

We went to the Des Plaines location and Cory took care of us. The whole staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. My wife was having surgery that week, and we would not be able to pick up the car for some time. The staff was very helpful and understanding. Once we were able to pick up the car, they inquired about my wife, which made me feel that the staff are really GOOD people. The shop was very clean, and the car looks great. I am very impressed, and will not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone who asks.Thanks again.
