I usually never write reviews because I expect all things to be done well if I am paying for them. Lately, myself and everyone around me has been complaining about how businesses do not care about customer service anymore. I am writing this review because this shop went above and beyond my expectations not only in turn around time and quality of work but also, more importantly, in customer service. From the moment I walked in I was comfortable. The estimator, John, answered my questions and explained a few things to me. They also took care of planning for the rental car to be able to pick me up so I could make it to work the morning I dropped off my car. Aaron Carroll, Production Manager, demonstrated excellent customer service, especially when explaining the extent of the damage of to my vehicle. I would highly recommend them for auto repair. Their customer service is excellent and they keep you informed of how your repair to your car is going. I couldn't believe the time it took them to repair my car. I never thought that there could be a repair shop so WOW! To there customers. Thank you Gerber for making my life so easy.

I came in for an estimate because my bumper was sticking out but I didn't need an estimate after all because Diane the girl who was going to write the estimate had a worker come out and pop it back into place. I would come back to Gerber for work if I needed it, the staff there is wonderful.

I had a very good experience with this auto body shop. I was rear ended a few months back and after carefully vetting various auto body shops, took my car to this location. Matt, the manager at this location was very attentive and meticulously planned the whole project. I was kept well informed of the progress and the project was completed on time. The team did an awesome job in fixing my car and restoring back to its original state. I would strongly recommend Gerber Collision for any collision work and specifically the one at Estes Ave, Schaumburg; you won't regret.
