Excellent service! I have needed body work on my car twice and both times my experience with the Gerber staff was exceptional and the quality of the work was outstanding. I was given clear explanations of the work to be done, regular updates on progress by phone, and the jobs were completed before schedule. Yesterday I picked up my car and it looked brand new. I would especially like to mention Raul R. because of his professional demeanor and the clarity with which he explained everything to me. at the beginning, in the periodic updates and at the end. The Gerber service at the Huron Street has my highest recommendation.

Your employes Corey & Gerald went above and beyond to help us when our rv slide cover came loose and was flapping the side of our rig. They suggested and helped with a temporary fix to get us on our way. They wouldn't take any money. This is the customer care a business owner can be proud of.
