I felt pampered and indulged working with John M and his staff at Gerber on Lee Street in Des Plaines. My rental car was arranged for with no effort on my part at all. They were able to start the repair the next day after I met with John. They actually finished a whole day early. I was told by the rental car folks that I could drop the car off at Gerber's location and they (Gerber's) would contact the rental car people. Gerber's did this. Every contact with someone at this Gerber's was polite, enthusiastic and truthful. Oh, yes, and the repair was perfect and my car was washed.

I just had the best experience working with one of your employees, Joe G. Joe went out of his way to get the right part for my car. He called me when it was delivered. And on Saturday he called me when one of your techs was available to install it. Joe then had the car washed and vacuumed. Your management team is doing a great job. Thank you.

First rate work, they not only fixed all the damage but also repaired the alignment that Golf Mill Ford said was OK. My wife said it was still pulling to the right when she left the Ford dealer. When we got the car back from Gerber it was perfect. And then they went above and beyond. We had a phone charger from Radio Shack in the car which was broken and I had been meaning to replace. A short time after being in the car again, my wife realized that the phone charger had also been fixed. For them to take the time and effort to fix something out of the realm of their responsibility, blew us away. For that, we both agree that we rate their service work at 6 Stars. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday morning, got picked up by Enterprise and drove off with a free 5-day rental. I get a call Friday, she's done! The service was great. Hopefully I won't have to visit again, but if I do I'd know my car is in great hands.

We received friendly, professional service throughout our repair. The staff at Loves Park's Gerber Collision and Glass returned our vehicle 2 days ahead of schedule in "like new" condition. They kept us in the loop with phone and text messages throughout the repair process. We want to give a special thanks to Melissa and Jeffery. They couldn't have been nicer to us. We highly recommend this facility.

This is the second time I've taken my car to Gerber Collision and both experiences have been great. The staff is helpful and communicative, and my car looks great. I hope not to need to be back for a while, but if I do I know that they'll make getting my car repaired as painless as possible.

I would definetly bring my car back to Gerber Collision and recommend them to family and friends. The customer service was great! They took my car in right away and had it done when they said it would be done. Jim W kept in contact with me and kept me up to date with the process and damage that was done to my car every step of the way. The repairs done to my car look great! The body work and paint that was done to my car looks so good that you would never know I got into an accident. When I got my car back the inside had been cleaned and they even washed it for me!
