They were completed in the time frame promised, the car was washed. and all repairs explained. This was the 1st time ever to use my insurance and the people at Gerber Collision & Glass knew I was nervous leaving my car. they explained everything, made sure i was comfortable before I left my car. They kept me up to date with the repair process with texts throughout the day and let me know when the car was ready to come home. my favorite text from them, this made my day! They arranged my pick up for the rental and then for the rental to be picked up & returned. They did it all for me and all i did was drop off the car & then pick it up, all washed & cleaned. I will surely recommend them to my friends & family. thanks Gerber!!
