I found myself in a bad situation that required me to start the repair of my truck out of state, and finish in Chicago. My main concern was going to be the insurance ability to cover the cost of both locations and any overages that can and did occur. I like to commend Ryan and his actions which I know save me money while dealing with 2 separate bills, and the insurance company.. And Jennifer for keeping up to date and taking care of my rental needs. Overall very pleased with repair and experience and will continue my business with Gerber in the future. Thank You.

I brought my boss's car in to Gerber Collision & Glass on Kedzie and received nothing short of the 5 star treatment from the very beginning. The staff was incredibly understanding of my limited knowledge in dealing with this sort of thing and finished the job quickly. The car looked great and they even dealt with the Hertz rental. If you have to get your car fixed - I recommend this garage above all the others. You will not find better people!

By far, gerber Collision & Glass is truly a top-notch business. Every step of my experience was superior. Everyone was professional, yet very friendly. Their repair estimate beat out the others by far. When I picked up my car I couldn't believe how amazing it looked inside and out. I will definitely return for future repairs. Hassle-free, honest & fair estimates, excellent customer service, and more--best car repair experience I've ever had!

Lucy Who is the lady I deal with over at this particular location is one of the sweetest most professional people I have met in the service industry. I cant begin to explain how her personally is reason alone to continue to bring additional to work to Gerber as well as refer people I know to this location. In addition to Lucy the service is always excellent and done when they tell me it is going to be done and the work is excellent. Kudos to Lucy and the staff over at Gerber!!
