Dealing with Gerber has been great. I like the text updates instead of having to call for updates. I also had an issue with the car rental that they didn't have anyone to drop me off at Gerber. Kim at Gerber suggested I drop the car by them and she would have them pick it up- saved me alot of trouble. When I picked up my car I had an issue with it overheating. I called to tell them I was coming back, they did stay open to help me. I'm not local so I'm not sure what I would have done. Issue was resolved and I was on my way. Thanks again for going the extra mile.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I worked with Cory. When I picked-up my car, there was a rattle noise which he promptly had fixed. Also, my car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out which was a nice surprise. I would recommend them highly.

I used Gerber on the recommendation of USAA insurance. I can see why they recommended Gerber - they give the same fast and reliable service that USAA is known for. From the time of my first call (they called me) to the time I picked up my car, the service was top rate. Having to bring your car in for collision repairs is not a pleasurable experience; however, this Gerber location made it as pleasurable as it could be. Thanks!
