This was the 1st time ever to use my insurance and the people at Gerber Collision & Glass knew I was nervous leaving my car. they explained everything, made sure i was comfortable before I left my car. They kept me up to date with the repair process with texts throughout the day and let me know when the car was ready to come home. my favorite text from them, this made my day! They arranged my pick up for the rental and then for the rental to be picked up & returned. They did it all for me and all i did was drop off the car & then pick it up, all washed & cleaned. I will surely recommend them to my friends & family. thanks Gerber!!

Dealing with Gerber has been great. I like the text updates instead of having to call for updates. I also had an issue with the car rental that they didn't have anyone to drop me off at Gerber. Kim at Gerber suggested I drop the car by them and she would have them pick it up- saved me alot of trouble. When I picked up my car I had an issue with it overheating. I called to tell them I was coming back, they did stay open to help me. I'm not local so I'm not sure what I would have done. Issue was resolved and I was on my way. Thanks again for going the extra mile.
