I was wowed by the service I received at Addison Gerber. Everyone was really nice and polite. The repair job was great and it was about 15% cheaper than a quote I received from a different shop. To top it off, they washed my car and cleaned the outside of it too! Eddie was really helpful and friendly. Thanks!

Very nice people to work with. They are linked with the insurance company of the person that hit my car. I brougth car in for work and Hertz was called to have the rental ready and to be picked up and taken to Hertz. They explained it would take 7 days for the repair. I was cintacted by gerber throughout that week to give me progess. My car was washed and cleaned before I picked it up. Very pleased.

I am 72 years old and have had a variety of cars since I was 16. I have not had a lot of reasons to take a car to a body shop, however this was the absolute best experience I have ever had with a body shop. The customer service is impeccable. The entire experience was amazing. My daughter hit the back bumper and back light cover, both needed to be replaced. Gerber gave me a free rental while the car was being repaired. I took the car in on monday morning and was very surprised when they called me the very next day to let me know my car was finished. I went to pick it up and was ver;y surprised to see my car....it looked Brand New! I have not had such a wonderful experience in all my years! I highly recommend Gerber! No other body shop has such great customer service, quick turn around and great work! I am extremely happy!
