My claim was handled with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and timeliness. They setup my rental car loaner. Cleaned my car inside and out. Oh the auto body repair was like new, with lifetime warranty. I would definitely use Gerber again if the need arises.

This was the first time I have every used Gerber Collision. I am very Pleased with the outcome of my vehicle and how AWESOME it looks! :) Job Well done! The customer service was very professional and courteous. I do have to say that the time it took to complete was a little extensive, although I did get it back a few days earlier than anticipated, which is always nice. Thank you much appreciated.

The repair was very quick and I was very pleased with the final result. its a big asset being notified how the repair is coming along and when it will be completed. Chris who did the estimate was top notch and very personable and efficient.

My 2014 Nissan Maxima was towed in to the Gerber in Highland Park by Geico and my expectations were surpassed. Bill was awesome and kept me updated almost daily on the repair status of my car. My car looks brand new again and I will definitely recommend all of my friends and family to Bill Zrinsky and this shop. They truly WOWed me!

Just wanted to say how much I value the customer service provided at the Oak Lawn Gerber office. Three years ago my car was rear-ended on the highway resulting in substantial damage to the rear and exhaust system. Gerber completed repairs in no time at all and with such great quality. Last week, my car was dented by a hit & run driver. I took it back for an estimate and the tech who processed my estimate got me in and out, while still taking the time to explain the details of the summary provided and answer any questions I had. Great Customer Service!! Rick is the best!! Car looks beautiful got it back a day earlier than expected!! Definitely is a Gold Class Shop!! they reserved a rental car for me (office located in the shop) it was a pain free experience !! I work for I-CAR & wouldn't bring my car aware else to get fixed!! AWESOME WORK!! Highly recommended!!

Very good service at this location. reasonable price and good service. Mike was very helpful for explaining the right things for my car and also did some additional work to fix some minor stuff. I appreciate the business and seen very few places this kind of customer service.

We had the unfortunate mishap of having to have both of our cars fixed from collisions. we used this auto shop both times. The staff is quick and friendly. They really took their time to thoroughly look over the vehicles to make sure that everything damaged in the accident was repaired. I couldn't have been more impressed with their service. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of repairs after an accident.
