Matt H. and his facility were truly fantastic. I had stopped in there on a Sat a few weeks before to show some damage to my brand new vehicle. He quoted me and I asked if he could get it done within 1 week, but never scheduled apptmt then. I called him on a Monday a few weeks later, he fit me in that Tuesday, guaranteed it would be done by Saturday and it would look great. Not only was the work superb, but he got it done a day ahead of time! The office kept me in the loop with emails/text messages. I was referred to this shop by someone at my office because of their work and I would highly recommend it to someone else in the future! Had a hit and run when my car was parked and my driver's rear end bumper was damaged. Gerber Collision & Glass called me the next day after my claim was processed by my insurance company to schedule an estimate appointment (that took about 10-15 min). They worked with my schedule and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! They had my car all fixed and ready (and they cleaned it too!) within a couple hours after I dropped it off. The receptionist Jennifer answered all my questions and was an absolutely lovely woman. Ryan F. was professional, friendly, and had a good sense of humor. It's refreshing to know there are still nice people out there. Thanks so much Gerber Collision & Glass for all your help getting my car back to tip top shape :)

The service team that handled my claim were very professional and courteous throughout the process. Tom and Angie were accommodating to all of my phone calls as I was calling a lot for updates. This is my second vehicle that I have had auto body repair work done on and I would definitely go back to this location if needed and would refer my friends to go there for repair work. The body on my car was repaired to like new condition and they even buffed out a few extra scuff marks near the damaged areas. It took a couple of days more than I would have preferred to have the work completed but well worth the wait!

"Lizzy" was so pleasant I almost wanted to go right out and get into another accident! The repairs took FAR too long. Unless I'm surprised, what you've done looks perfect. Your vow to pay for rentals once the insurance runs out is appreciated. If I ever have a friend that needs collision or glass, I'll recommend Gerber. I hope I never see you again.

I want to commend several of the employees, including the manager, at this Chicago location. Your employees went far above and beyond simple good service. Chris, Dave and Joe all provided me with excellent service delivered with competence and good humor. Among other things, they paid for a taxi ride back to my home on a terribly hot day; they did not want me to have to wait for a bus. One employee stopped at my home on his way back to work after an errand; he checked my vehicle to confirm the problem. On a third occasion, the manager and Joe picked up my vehicle , did the necessary work and returned the car to me. Being a senior citizen and a widowed female, I am often discounted by tradespeople, so I was pleasantly surprised when I was treated with dignity and respect by your employees. I had a minor mishap where I scraped the bumper and a small part of the fender on my car. I brought it in for an estimate and was given 2 different options (buff only or buff and repaint). Being an older car, I decided to buff only and was quoted a very reasonable price. When I brought the car in, they buffed it within about 10 minutes of my arrival and it looked perfect! Then, they waived the cost of the repair since it had not taken much time! I couldn't believe how nice they were and how this was such positive customer service! They were great to work with! I will hopefully not need body work on my car for a long time, but if I do, I would definitely bring it back to this location! Thanks so much to the people who work at the Buffalo Grove Gerber!!

I had my car repaired July 17. I was leaving town and they had no problem keeping my car until my return. They kept me informed of the progress and I really appreciated that. Everyone I dealt with was very accommodating , professional and very nice. My car looks great. They also washed my car and cleaned the inside. What a pleasant surprise! It was a pleasure doing business with Gerber.
