From the initial phone conversation with Nancy, to the moment I arrived my customer experience was phenomenal. George N. went above and beyond, not only to explain the service process and accommodate my schedule, but also to take the liberty to address a blemish on my front fender which was not included in my estimate. What a pleasant surprise I received when I picked up my car, well ahead of the promised completion time! I will definitely recommend this location to others and use them for future auto body and glass repairs.

Gerber Collision & Glass staff was the most professional group of individuals that this company could ever have and appreciate in this lifetime. While it was like you was dealing with your own family members. It's great that your staff is so loving and caring toward the customers. The estimator (Ken C.) did an awesome job with explaining the damages on my car and how your technician from your company would fix the damages and when the car would be finish. The staff did such an awesome job they was finish before the giving deadline you have to love this company for all the hard work and for caring so much and doing a great job. The estimator Ken. I was very satisfied with the service and all of the people that I had to deal with. Car was finished in a reasonable time and I was very satisfied with the results. I also had a issue with a previous issue with the painting of my rear bumper, I spoke with the manager and he agreed to repaint the bumper. I would recommend people to use your for and auto repair
