Everything was perfect...attention to detail, accessibility of the person who oversaw the job, and delivery of an impeccable repair. Mark did a great job, and even the gentleman who delivered the car to me at the end of the repair remarked, "You have a very nice car" which made my day. All in all - a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Gerber and would ONLY take my car there if repairs were necessary.

Our Town and Country van was hit while parked. Our St. Farm agent recommended Gerber but said we could go anywhere to have it repaired. We are so happy we chose Gerber. They did a super job on the damage and also detailed the inside of it. It is a great job inside and out. Anyone say anything to us about car damage repair, we will recommend Gerber to be first choice. Very very happy!!!

I've been around long enough to know that things don't always go right. I did have to bring my Gerber repaired car back for some warranty work. It was done quickly and without and dispute. To top it off Ray at Downers Grove Gerber had my faded headlights buffed and they now look like new. Five Stars!
