The customer care from the girls at the front desk to the estimator (Bill) was outstanding. I was frustrated with my insurance company and they helped me to make sure that everything was taken care of and assured me that they would handle all aspects of the process for me. They got me a car rental and took the time necessary, paying attention to detail, to repair my car. The car looks as good as it did when I bought it. Thanks Gerber Team!

5 stars Mark S. was excellent. He was very respectful. He listened and examined our Lexus. He fixed a minor problem. I am 88 years old and he really came through. He is a tremendous employee for Gerber. We will be back.

Very professional staff. They were very accommodating on my request to have the car ready by a certain date. They had it ready for me a day early before I needed my car. They kept me updated via text messages on how the repair was coming along. Car was clean inside out when I piked it up. Best part was that repair was flawless. I had backed into a fire hydrant and my car suffered some major damage. I could not even tell that it had ever been damaged. Great Work!

Gerber did such excellent service...I had another accident and referred another person to serving up body/collision damage. The professionalism and the quality of work was beyond that i expected. After 28 years of not being involved in any need for collision consultation. I can only think that the service was way beyond from the counter people to the skilled craftsmen in the shop. Thank you for the care and expertise on all levels....I am Alive due to crash dummies doing their job and implementing design for safety. Gerber gets 10 stars in my book
