I came here due to a small front end collision. These people are AWESOME!! This being the first time EVER that I had to get body work done on my car I was a little unsure what was going to be expected. Well let's start with Yvonne.... She was very helpful and walked me through all the steps. She would call me to give me updates on the time frame for the work, what was to happen in working with the other insurance and keeping me up to date on when my car would be done. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Now, on to Scott! He walked me through all the options I had for the repairs, spoke and worked things out with the insurance company and had my car back in a timely manner! Couldn't ask for more! I'm actually going to be going back to have my windshield repaired there. Great company and great people! I highly recommend them!

I was treated wonderfully from the moment I went to get the estimate , email updates, text updates and phone calls from the Technician. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone out there looking for a professional shop to bring their auto to. Scott Berg was the Tech and told me it would be about a week and with additional damage found it only took 3 days! When I came to pick up my vehicle I was told that he wasn't there anymore and was promoted to General Manager of another! I wish you the BEST!

I had some major damage in the front of my car from a UHAUL driver crushing the left panel and front bumper. I brought my car to Gerber for an estimate and they made everything so simple. Rachel took care of me and assured me that they would give me a fair estimate within my insurance's estimate or they would contact them directly for any other incidentals. My car came out looking better than new! And Rachel called me almost daily to give me progress reports. I knew exactly what to expect. I am very pleased with the service and repair work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with the return of my 2013 Chevy Cruze! The car looks great again after its repair, I guess you could say I was WOWED! Customer service was topnotch over at the Mundelein, IL location :)

The bodywork was great, but what really sets Peoria Gerber apart is their service. Ken B. went the extra mile to make my repair so convenient for me and stated in touch daily with progress. He was fantastic! Can't say enough about the staff there.

From the first phone call to Amanda and a walk through with Cory. I knew my car was in good hands. They kept me up to date on the repairs and finished a week before the estimated date. I have NEVER had an auto repair finished in such short period of time. Honestly I did not believe the repairs would even be completed by the estimated date. Thank you and your team. I came to get a quick idea of how much and what my options were for a minor repair to my hood. Jason came out to my van, gave a quick estimate to completely repair the damage and then added paint to stop the erosion.... this free of charge. Very classy and old school! Thanks!

I am very pleased with the service I received and the updates I received every Tuesday and Thursday to let me know the progress. I ended up getting my car much earlier that anticipated and when I picked it up, I was extremely pleased with the work. My car looks brand new! Thank you!!

WOW! Not really a "major repair", but it was to me, and from the moment I walked in the doors and was greeted by Anna and Wendy, who could not have been nicer, to meeting with Jason and even speaking with Gary, these people make you feel as if you are a family member! The cost of the repairs was literally thousands of dollars cheaper than I what I had previously been led to be believe! 24 hours after dropping off my truck, it was ready to go. Again, Anna and Wendy greeting me as if they've known me for years, and Jason taking the time to explain the repairs, and asking me if I was happy, if I had any questions, and a smile on his face that was true and genuine from the start - that man truly wants to make sure that the customer is happy!
