Our Town and Country van was hit while parked. Our St. Farm agent recommended Gerber but said we could go anywhere to have it repaired. We are so happy we chose Gerber. They did a super job on the damage and also detailed the inside of it. It is a great job inside and out. Anyone say anything to us about car damage repair, we will recommend Gerber to be first choice. Very very happy!!!

I've been around long enough to know that things don't always go right. I did have to bring my Gerber repaired car back for some warranty work. It was done quickly and without and dispute. To top it off Ray at Downers Grove Gerber had my faded headlights buffed and they now look like new. Five Stars!

This is my second time taking my truck to Gerber over the past several years for body damage. Gerber has by far the best customer service I've ever seen! I have referred a couple of other people to Gerber and we all have the same high opinion of Gerber. I initially worked with Alex who was fantastic and then I worked with Mario due to Alex being out of the office and he was also fantastic. I hope not to have much more body work to be done on my car but if I do Gerber is definitely the place I'll go :)!!!

RO# 1411110486 My estimator was Raul. My experience with Raul and Gerber could not have been more perfect. Raul was punctual, responsive, and just an all around pleasure to work with. The team returned my vehicle in less than 12 hours (well ahead of the estimated schedule). I cannot speak more highly of Raul or my experience. I will definitely recommend this Gerber location highly to friends/family. Raul in particular is an asset to the Gerber team.
