First came to Gerber when State Farm sent us to fix damage on our new Lexus. Lexus dealer had quoted over two thousand dollars. Luckily, State Farm sent us to Gerber. Next they helped when I clumsily ran into the same door frame on the door of our coop's garage (in my defense it is a building from the 20's before the 350!) but still everyone was super polite as they fixed the same problem twice in twenty four hours. Today Gerber on Halsted (the best!) put new Texas plates on the car. We had been getting tickets for only having one plate on the car, so we finally got two Texas plates which then I couldn't find anyone willing to trouble shoot putting a license bracket and plate on the front of a Lexus that clearly wasn't intended to have a plate. Insurance company recommended Gerber, so I visited them for an estimate of repair. There was no wait time and the estimate took only a few minutes to complete. Next we scheduled a repair date that was convenient for me and Cory made arrangement for a rental car to use while mine was being repaired. The repair was completed as scheduled, the workmanship was excellent, and I drove away completely satisfied with the whole experience. Gerber Des Plaines is a first class operation, with a professional and courteous staff, but I was most impressed by the efficiency of the entire operation. I will gladly recommend the Gerber Des Plaines office.

The service I received was far beyond my expectations from the very start the receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable and very thorough, I did not have to wait long to speak to my repairman....Jim W, he's very professional, he came out and greeted me almost immediately and explained everything he was planning to do with my vehicle, set up my appointment and informed me that he would call me if the part was not delivered before my appointment day, and also arranged for a rental vehicle from Enterprise. I was pleasantly surprised at how good a job they did washing and cleaning my car inside and out. Overall the whole experience was above exceptional. I was most definitely refer others and if I should need repairs in the future, this will be my repair shop!!!! Thanks, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!
