We took our car to Gerber because of their reputation and because of past experience. The service we received from Gerber definitely met our expectations. We received a very fair quote for service and they did their best to keep the costs to a minimum. We also presented an online coupon that they very willingly accepted. We also were quite impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff.

I was driving to in winter two blocks from my work place a big over the road truck stop at the traffic light I stop about a car length behind the truck .Suddenly the truck started to reverse hit my front bumper and drove off. Thank you for the wonderful job you do my bumper look brand new.

I want to comment on the professionalism and caring way that the claim was handled. Aaron C. kept us abreast with the progress of the repairs on the car. Sitting in the waiting room listening to Jackie take care of phone calls and people coming in was a pleasure. She greeted everyone with such calmness. Job well done

I had my van fixed at the Gerber Elston location, and the staff there was so helpful. Originally the claim was going through my insurance company and they wanted to total the car. The other party's insurance company ended up accepting liability on the crash, and due to the work of Ryan my estimator, we were able to have our van fixed and given back to us. As a 92 year old man, getting a new car was not something I was ready to do. From Jennifer at the front desk to the other estimator Bob, they were all so helpful in making a difficult process much easier. Not only did they make the process easier for us, they also did a fantastic job in repairing my van. If I ever need anything, I know where I will be going. Thank you to everyone at the Elston location!!!

I stopped in to see if Gerber could remove some white paint off my brand new black SUV. I had scraped against the garage. Scott B. greeted me and immediately took my SUV into the shop. Within 10 minutes the white paint was gone and the black finish was perfect. Thanks for great customer service!!

They kept me updated through the whole process and the work that was done was top notch..My plum crazy Challenger was matched perfectly and it was like nothing ever happened when I got it back, So happy I took it there!

I can't say enough good things about this particular shop. They were so professional in terms of answering questions and keeping in touch regarding status updates. I had my car in the shop due to an accident. Believe me I was very upset with myself (my fault) so having a shop that went out of their way to be pleasant and and put my mind at ease about the car was fantastic.

Car was dinged on the side by a bad driver parking and keyed by a kid at the park. This was an expense I didn't expect. Scott walked me through the claims process and fixed the car. They even buffed out a scratch unrelated to the event. Car looks brand new. I am treating it that way even parking farther in the lots. My car even sent emails telling me the progress and that it was having a good time being repaired. They did what was estimated for and did it right.
