They were so helpful to me and answered all my questions very thoroughly. What a gift you have in them as well as with James, who has the knowledge to go along with the personality. We made an appointment to get an estimate for fixing some minor damage on the fender of our new Ford Fusion. Scott met us at the appointed time (no waiting). When he looked at it he told us it was surface damage. He buffed out the black scrapes and it looks like new again--and there was no charge. This was fantastic since we had also taken our car to another auto repair shop in Mundelein that morning and they quoted us $700 to make the repairs. Gerber saved us hundreds!!!

Great people to work with. Matt, the manager, went out of his way to make sure I understood everything. Kevin did the original estimate and explained everything to me. Darryl went over the repairs with me and answered all my questions. They did a beautiful job. I would recommend them to everyone that needed a repair on their car.
