WOW! Not really a "major repair", but it was to me, and from the moment I walked in the doors and was greeted by Anna and Wendy, who could not have been nicer, to meeting with Jason and even speaking with Gary, these people make you feel as if you are a family member! The cost of the repairs was literally thousands of dollars cheaper than I what I had previously been led to be believe! 24 hours after dropping off my truck, it was ready to go. Again, Anna and Wendy greeting me as if they've known me for years, and Jason taking the time to explain the repairs, and asking me if I was happy, if I had any questions, and a smile on his face that was true and genuine from the start - that man truly wants to make sure that the customer is happy! The customer care from the girls at the front desk to the estimator (Bill) was outstanding. I was frustrated with my insurance company and they helped me to make sure that everything was taken care of and assured me that they would handle all aspects of the process for me. They got me a car rental and took the time necessary, paying attention to detail, to repair my car. The car looks as good as it did when I bought it. Thanks Gerber Team!

Very professional staff. They were very accommodating on my request to have the car ready by a certain date. They had it ready for me a day early before I needed my car. They kept me updated via text messages on how the repair was coming along. Car was clean inside out when I piked it up. Best part was that repair was flawless. I had backed into a fire hydrant and my car suffered some major damage. I could not even tell that it had ever been damaged. Great Work!
