Everyone at this location is the best! My husband & I both have had work done here over the last year. I returned because of some loose trim that may or may not have been from the previous work. There were no questions and they fixed it immediately. Our other car needed a new windshield paid for by our insurance, and they buffed out the adjacent area at no charge. We wouldn't take our cars to anyone else. They are professional, quick and very accommodating!

Everyone we dealt with at Gerber was very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. All of the personnel were very professional and our experience with Gerber was excellent. Jessica and her assistant did everything they could to make our visit very pleasant. I was again in need of Gerber Collision because I damaged my spoiler on my Lincoln MKT . I wrote a review previously about Gerber, praising them for the excellence of their work on a collision that I was involved in with my car.A few days later I forgot to close my lift gate when entering my garage and tore it off.I called Krystian my Gerber estimator and he said come in anytime and he would find the part I needed.He not only accomplished this in 1 day but it was installed within 2 days. I cannot praise Krystian and Gerber enough for the excellent customer service that they provide.

Definitely would recommend. The people here are the nicest ever. Although I went in for a minor problem the people were kind, well informed and generally pleasant. I just had the most positive experience . June is the person to see when you get there and Dave did an excellent job repairing my car. I will definitely go back there if I ever need any body repair on my car.
